My position had me managing the team with a form of SCRUM and team evaluation through programs such as Axosoft. I worked in engine assembling animation and attaching and editing scripts in C#. I worked with the whole team making sure people stayed on the same page. I managed the social media pages, and created the company and its presence at events such as Phoenix Comicon and Game On Expo.
Crimson Nights was created to give a new experience of couch coop that had been locked behind online multiplayer. We aimed to create games such as monster hunter that friends could all play together on the same screen.

This was an example of a schedule that I created for members of the team. An excellent job done by Alison Taylor who was a programmer on the team.
This is an example of how we wrote up the tickets. Further questions would be asked through a slack chat we used. Updated descriptions would follow for the benefit of the team.
